Root Xperia Z1S: Very Easy Method – The Sony Xperia Z1S was released to the public last January, 2014. It is a smartphone with a bar-type form factor with the following dimensions : 5.74 inches (L) x 2.91 inches (W) x 0.34 inch (T). It is a very light phone weighing in at just 5.71 ounces.

The Xperia Z1S originally came out with Android Jelly Bean (Version 4.3) but can be upgraded to to Android Lollipop (Version 5.1). Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 Quad-Core 2.2. GHz Krait 400 processor. It also has an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit (GPU).
The smartphone has 2 gigabytes of RAM, 32 gigabytes of internal memory and a microSD card slot which can handle up to 64 gigabytes of external memory. For the photography buffs, the mobile has a 20.7 megapixel main shooter with autofocus and LED flash. This back-facing camera features a 1/23″ sensor, face detection, geo-tagging, HDR and Panorama shots. It can also record videos (1080p@30fps) and HDR.
The secondary (front-facing) camera has a 2 megapixel resolution and can also record videos similar to the main camera.
