The iOS 9 also creates suggested events in Calendar when you get an email with Flight reservation or a restaurant confirmation. If your Calendar events include locations, iOS 9 assesses traffic and notifies you when to leave.

When you get an incoming call from an unknown number, iOS 9 checks your email contacts, if that number iss associated with any and then suggest you names of who might be calling.
