For graphics and video processing, the Grand Prime Regular has an Adreno 306 GPU while the Value Edition has a Mali-400 GPU.

Both models of the Grand Prime has 8 gigabytes of internal memory and 1 GB of RAM. There is also a dedicated microSD Card Slot which supports up to 64 GB of external memory.

The Galaxy Grand Prime offers a good set cameras for the photo and video buffs. The 8 megapixel back-facing camera (f/2.4) features autofocus, LED Flash, Geo-Tagging, Touch Focus with Smile Detection and Panorama. It can also capture videos at a decent 1080p@30fps. The secondary 5 MP (f/2.2) front-facing camera takes pictures at 1080P resolution.
