Fix Error 491 On Google Play: Delete/Re-add Google Account
For this first method, you need to delete your Google Account on your mobile and then add it again.
Go to “System Settings“, choose “Accounts“, then “Google“. Delete your Gmail Account. This action will remove your Google account associated with Google PlayStore.
Again, from the “Settings“, choose “Apps“, then “All“. Force stop all active Google-related Apps (Download Manager, Google PlayStore, and Google Service Framework).
