Apple Planning to Release 5K Retina Display iMac by This Year

Apple has launched its iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch but it seems that Apple has planned for another event this year. Now it is reported that apple will release its 5K Retina Display iMac with another big event this year. Apple has also planned its new 12-inch MacBook Air with a Retina display and a thinner body by mid 2015.

5K Retina Display iMac

Previously it was in the news that Apple is working on new 4K display, but the reports now are saying that new Apple 5K Retina Display iMac will be released by the end of this year.

As Dell recently has announced its 27 inch 5120 x 2880 5K display, It might be the fact that Apple is also working on 27 inch 5K Retina  Display  iMac which may be released by this year.

According to Taiwan based display research firm “Wits View” Apple next big thing will not be a 4K iMac instead it will be a 5K display Retina iMac, the firm said via a press release. The product is expected to spur a new wave of demand for Ultra high resolution monitors as predicted by the firm. However the firm has not mentioned about where the information has came from.

This new higher resolution iMac may introduce pixel-doubled Retina resolution mode as in Apple’s Retina display equipped MacBooks. Apple will release its 5K Retina Display iMac will be in market with 27, 28 and 32 inches variants. The 5K display will bring whole new standards to Ultra high resolution monitors.

So be ready for a very new and great experience to Ultra high definition with great resolution as it will be only second to Dell’s 5K display monitors and far better than 4K displays.
